Manchester United are reportedly planning a major summer clear-out that could see up to 13 players leave the club, including high-profile names such as Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho. The departures are seen as crucial for streamlining the squad and freeing up funds for new signings.
Casemiro, the club's top earner, is expected to leave when his contract expires, which would significantly reduce the wage bill. United are also keen to offload Marcus Rashford, who earns £300,000 per week. Barcelona have an option to sign Rashford permanently for £26 million, but reports suggest their interest has cooled, possibly as a negotiating tactic.
Rasmus Hojlund's loan move to Napoli is set to become permanent for £38 million, with the deal described as a 'formality'. Jadon Sancho, who is on loan at Aston Villa, will leave as a free agent this summer after a disappointing spell at Old Trafford. Tyrell Malacia, who has struggled with injury, is also expected to be sold.
Goalkeeper Andre Onana could be moved on to recoup some of the £47.2 million fee paid to Inter Milan. Youngster Radek Vitek may be sold with buy-back clauses, while Altay Bayindir's future remains uncertain after another season on the bench.
