Man Causes Airport Chaos After Urinating on Himself, Claims He Was Denied Boarding

A man sparked a four-hour stand-off at Manchester Airport after he was allegedly denied boarding a flight to Jamaica because he had urinated on himself. The incident caused gridlock at Terminal 2, with passengers forced to abandon taxis and walk to the terminal.

In a live-streamed video, the man claimed he had been prevented from boarding due to wetting himself. He stated: 'Literally, I got a taxi, went to the toilet and pissed myself so they didn't let me on the plane... So basically now I've got Terminal 2 on gridlock and I've done it out of principle.'

Greater Manchester Police arrested a man in his 40s on suspicion of causing a public nuisance and a public order offence. The stand-off ended around 4pm, with the airport urging passengers to allow extra time for travel.

Witnesses described chaos, with one saying: 'An elderly disabled woman being dropped off at the roundabout of T2 at 11:40 because everyone was just being told drop off was closed and you had to walk.' Another added: 'Absolute shambles. Chaos outside the airport. No direction.'
