Little Ant and Dec's Stunning Transformation 20 Years On

James Pallister and Dylan McKenna-Redshaw, who played Little Ant and Dec on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, have undergone remarkable transformations since their TV days. The duo, now in their late 20s, have pursued successful careers far from the spotlight.

James, now 29, works as a health and safety business partner for the RAC, having previously been a vehicle technician for BMW. Dylan, also 29, runs his own nutrition business, The Power Effect, helping clients with weight loss and muscle gain, and regularly shares photos of his muscular physique on Instagram.

The pair were cast in 2003 at age nine to portray mini versions of Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. During their stint, they interviewed celebrities including Tony Blair, Will Smith, and David Beckham, and even persuaded Katie Price to wear a fat suit. However, their run ended in 2006 after a growth spurt made them less 'little'.

In 2013, James and Dylan reunited with Ant and Dec for a pint, with Dylan recalling: 'They were shocked when they saw us... we are much taller!' He added: 'It's always good to see Ant and Dec again... They were great teachers!'

Ant and Dec themselves stepped back from Saturday Night Takeaway after 20 series in 2024, with the final episode attracting 5.3 million viewers. Ant welcomed a son, Wilder, with his wife Anne-Marie in May 2024.
