Lee Andrews, Katie Price's husband, has claimed he was captured by men at gunpoint in his first video since leaving Dubai prison. Since marrying the former glamour model in January, Andrews has faced intense scrutiny over his professional and personal life, with accusations of being a conman and scammer. Last month, he disappeared after failing to appear on a Good Morning Britain interview, leading Price to claim he was kidnapped. He later surfaced in Al-Awir prison under unclear circumstances, with Dubai authorities denying his espionage claims and describing it as a private civil matter.
First Statement Since Release
In his first official statement, Andrews confirmed he is safe and with his wife. On Instagram, he alleged: 'I was taken close to the Qatar Omani border at gunpoint and was captured by men with assault rifles. They did slap me around a little bit. I was hand-tied, shackled, and hooded. From there, I was taken to a black site without phone access. It was an extended arm of the national guard.' He denied financial fraud allegations and thanked Price for involving UK authorities, claiming she helped secure his release.
Previous Accusations
Andrews has faced multiple accusations since marrying Price. He claimed to be a multi-millionaire CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and an investor in SpaceX Hybrid Fitness, but his company website lacked information and photos with celebrities appeared AI-generated. He was banned from leaving Dubai due to an alleged fraud case involving a mortgage in his ex-girlfriend's name. He and Price teased a fake pregnancy, and his exes accused him of being a manipulative liar. Reports also claimed he begged women for money before marrying Price.
Reunion with Katie Price
Price supported Andrews by reposting his video with the caption 'My husband back.' She had an emotional reunion with him in Dubai, jumping into his arms. Despite backing him, Price stated she would question him and never give him money, saying 'I've made it clear, I will never give a man money.'
