Kylie Jenner Sued by Second Housekeeper Over Alleged Mistreatment and Abuse
Kylie Jenner Sued by Second Housekeeper Over Mistreatment

Kylie Jenner has been hit with another lawsuit by a second housekeeper, who claimed the reality star ignored her pleas for help over alleged mental abuse by a staff supervisor.

Details of the Lawsuit

The complaint filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court by Juana Delgado Soto names Jenner, staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services as the defendants. In the documents obtained by The Independent, Soto — who began working for the reality star in 2019 — alleged she was subjected to racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination and more.

Soto claimed in the lawsuit that throughout her time working for the 28-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder, the defendants withheld “legally compliant” meal and rest breaks. However, she said things only got worse in 2023, once Sibrian became her direct supervisor.

Allegations of Harassment

According to the suit, Soto was subjected to harassment by Sibrian, including “mocking her English, laughing at her and calling her stupid.” Soto said she reported Sibrian’s alleged mistreatment to human resources in 2024. Sibrian was temporarily removed but later reinstated, the suit read. She alleged that once Sibrian returned, she retaliated by reducing Soto’s hourly wage, assigning unreasonable workloads and changing her schedule.

After repeated failures by management to address her complaints, Soto said she slipped Jenner a lengthy note expressing her concerns, but most importantly, “just how terribly I am mentally abused.”

The Note and Aftermath

“I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations,” Soto wrote. “I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.” Instead of taking action, Jenner did the “absolute worst,” the lawsuit claimed. Soto was allegedly threatened with termination and instructed never to contact Jenner ever again. “Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to ‘disappear,’” the filing said.

Soto ultimately sent a text to the defendants in August 2025, stating: “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”

Legal Representation

In a statement shared with The Independent, Soto’s lawyer Della Shaker said: “This is not an isolated incident or person, employees need to understand that they have rights and don’t need to suffer at the hands of their employers. During our investigation we have uncovered a significant amount of evidence that will go through the judicial process to obtain justice for our clients.”

A representative for Jenner did not immediately return The Independent’s request for comment. A representative for Sibrian could not be reached. Soto’s legal action comes days after Jenner was separately sued by another former housekeeper who similarly alleged she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” by fellow staffers at Jenner’s Los Angeles house.
