Katie Price to Return to Work Ahead of Husband Lee Andrews' Prison Release

Katie Price is preparing to return to work, with promotional activities for her upcoming film 'Jackie The Stripper' set to begin soon. The former model will star alongside Patsy Kensit and Charlotte Kirk in the movie, playing the role of Lisa, an old school friend of the titular character.

Director Michael Head praised Price, telling the Daily Star: 'There has also been a lot of attention around Katie Price who was a late addition to the cast. Katie was a pleasure to work with and has been very well received at the Berlin Film Festival (EFM).' He added that he looks forward to working with her again in future projects.

Meanwhile, Price's husband Lee Andrews is reportedly set to be released from prison in the UAE on Monday after paying a four-figure fine. Price had previously claimed he was detained on espionage charges, but it has emerged that his incarceration relates to a routine private civil matter.

Price has been absent from Instagram, where she has over two million followers, after her account was deleted. She had previously announced that her husband had been found, but the circumstances remain unclear.

PR expert Mayah Riaz warned that the dramatic narrative surrounding Andrews' disappearance could damage Price's brand, suggesting that 'crying wolf' might ultimately cost her livelihood if the story proves to be fabricated.
