Katie Price was rushed to hospital with a facial injury after an alleged assault at her home in Little Canfield, Essex, early on Monday. Police arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of assault, who remains in custody.
Neighbours reported hearing 'loads of shouting and screaming' around the time of the incident, which occurred shortly after 1:30am. One neighbour described the noise as 'anti-social' and likened it to 'a load of p***heads coming back from the pub'.
Essex Police confirmed they were called by the ambulance service to reports of an assault. Officers found Price with a facial injury requiring hospital treatment. A source close to Price said she is 'ok' and cooperating with police, but an insider described her as 'utterly devastated'.
Price had spent the weekend with her fiancé Carl Woods and her two youngest children, posting images on social media earlier that day. The couple had also recently hit back at online trolls accusing Woods of using Price for her money.
