Kanye West and Bianca Censori Breakfast Date After UK Ban

Kanye West, 48, and his wife Bianca Censori, 31, were seen stepping out for breakfast at Denny's in Los Angeles on Saturday. The controversial rapper, who now goes by Ye, started the day with his architect wife, coordinating in dark outfits. West opted for a casual, cozy vibe, while Censori dressed up in an off-the-shoulder catsuit paired with cropped opaque tights and clear sandal heels.

As they exited the restaurant, Censori was seen typing on her phone and carrying car keys, with West trailing closely behind. The outing came the morning after they enjoyed a night out at Chateau Marmont, where the musician was seen adjusting the hood of his zip-up jacket over his head as they walked together. Underneath his hoodie, he wore a gray graphic T-shirt paired with leather pants and chunky black sneakers.

UK Ban and Fallout

Their appearance comes shortly after West broke cover following being barred from entering the United Kingdom amid furor over his antisemitic comments. Earlier this month, the UK government blocked West's attempts to travel to London after backlash to his planned set at the Wireless Festival. West has not performed in the UK for over a decade; his last performance there was headlining the Glastonbury Festival in 2015.

The upcoming three-day festival, set for July, was ultimately canceled, with organizers issuing refunds to all ticketholders. Other European venues also distanced themselves from West. He applied for an Electronic Travel Authorization on Monday, April 6, but was denied entry. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood banned the rapper on the grounds his presence would 'not be conducive to the public good.' Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer insisted West 'should never have been invited to headline Wireless' and said he 'stands firmly with the Jewish community' against antisemitism.

Calls had been growing for West to be removed from the lineup after a string of antisemitic outbursts, including releasing a song called Heil Hitler and posing in a swastika T-shirt. A spokesperson for Wireless said, 'As with every Wireless Festival, multiple stakeholders were consulted in advance of booking YE and no concerns were highlighted at the time. Antisemitism in all its forms is abhorrent, and we recognize the real and personal impact these issues have had. As YE said today, he acknowledges that words alone are not enough, and in spite of this still hopes to be given the opportunity to begin a conversation with the Jewish community in the UK.'

West had said he wanted to show 'change through his actions' and meet with Jews in London ahead of the performance in Finsbury Park, which would have been his first in the UK in 11 years. Following the travel ban, West postponed a gig in France and his concert in Poland was canceled.

Comeback Attempts

West has been attempting to put on a string of comeback performances in recent weeks, following a full-page ad in the Wall Street Journal in January, where he apologized for his antisemitic statements and attributed them to the lingering effects of a traumatic brain injury from a 2002 car crash. An hour and a half after sharing a terse initial statement, West returned to X with a lengthier post reiterating his desire to prove he had changed his ways. 'I know it takes time to understand the sincerity of my commitment to make amends. I take full responsibility for what's mine but I don't want to put my fans in the middle of it. My fans are everything to me. Looking forward to the next shows. See you at the top of the globe,' he wrote.

His wife, Bianca Censori, has stuck closely by his side amid the backlash for his past comments and his attempt at a comeback.
