Jimmy Bullard and David Haye have claimed they were 'kicked out' of the I'm a Celebrity... South Africa final after a heated on-air argument with hosts Ant and Dec. The incident, which aired this week, saw Sinitta and Gemma Collins walk off set as tensions escalated.
In a video obtained by The Sun, Haye is heard saying: 'We've been kicked out the show. What's that about? Genuinely.' Bullard added: 'We got kicked out,' and when asked why, Haye replied: 'For trying to tell the truth.' A show source told The Mirror: 'Some campmates were uncomfortable being on stage with David and Jimmy, so we sent them home during Unpacked.'
The drama unfolded during the live final, filmed last September, when Bullard clashed with Adam Thomas. Bullard accused Thomas of being 'abusive, aggressive and intimidating,' while Thomas apologised, saying: 'I take full responsibility for my actions... I do apologise Jimmy.'
Sinitta later described the altercation as 'very explosive, very aggressive,' adding: 'I was so visibly upset and shaken by it.' It has also been suggested that Bullard is considering legal action against ITV over the broadcast.
