Jake Hall, the former TOWIE star, died earlier this year at the age of 35 after a tragic accident in Mallorca. He crashed through a glass door while on holiday, losing his life. His funeral took place in Wanstead, London, where a sea of black-clad mourners gathered to pay their respects.
Leading the procession was his ex-girlfriend and former co-star Chloe Lewis, alongside other reality stars including James Argent, Georgia Kousoulou, and Tommy Mallet. Also present were boxer Derek Chisora, whom Jake once called a 'fighter', and members of the Beckham family.
Jake's health struggles were evident in the months before his death. In 2024, he posted cryptic images on social media showing himself in a hospital bed with a black eye and blue hospital stickers on his torso. He thanked fans for their support and wrote: 'All is well. Out tomorrow morning.' The reason for his hospital stay remains unknown.
His life was marked by previous brushes with death. In 2016, while in Marbella, he was attacked with a broken bottle in a nightclub brawl and nearly lost a kidney. He spent a month in hospital recovering. Jake also faced personal challenges, including a turbulent relationship with Missé Beqiri, with whom he had a daughter, River Bella Hall, in 2017. He credited River for giving him purpose, saying: 'Everything I do is for her and her future.'
After leaving TOWIE in 2016, Jake launched the fashion brand Prévu Studio, which was worn by celebrities such as Bella Hadid. However, the brand entered administration in 2022 after being sold to Frasers Group. Jake spoke of the heartbreak of losing the business, which he had intended as a legacy for his daughter.
His ex-partner Missé paid tribute to him as an 'incredible dad', saying her 'daughter's heart was shattered'. The funeral was a final farewell to a man whose life was marked by both fame and tragedy.
