A grotesque latex puppet of the Duke of York, allegedly used in a shocking incident with a teenage Virginia Giuffre, has been identified within the massive cache of documents released from the Jeffrey Epstein case.
Puppet Spotted in Maxwell Photograph
The infamous puppet, created by the satirical show Spitting Image, is visible in the background of a photograph showing convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. The image, part of a trove of 300,000 documents released on Friday, was taken inside paedophile Jeffrey Epstein's New York mansion.
In the photo, Maxwell wears a flight suit. She was later jailed for 20 years in 2022 for her role in helping Epstein abuse underage girls. The newly released files also contain countless images of naked young women and depict depraved scenes from the disgraced financier's properties.
Allegations of Puppet Being Used to Grope Victims
It is alleged that Prince Andrew, who was stripped of his royal titles and military affiliations this year, used the puppet to grope Ms Giuffre, then aged 17, and another woman, Johanna Sjoberg, then 21. The alleged incident took place in the study of Epstein's £60 million Manhattan home.
Ms Giuffre, who has claimed she was forced to have sex with the Duke on three separate occasions, wrote in her book about the disturbing event. She stated, 'when Andrew cupped my breast with a doll made in his image, I only giggled away'.
Ms Sjoberg, another victim of Epstein, provided testimony about the alleged incident during a 2016 legal deposition. She described how Andrew and Ms Giuffre were sitting on a couch with the puppet.
'And so then I sat on Andrew's lap - and I believe on my own volition - and they took the puppet's hands and put it on Virginia's breast, and so Andrew put his on mine,' she testified.
Prince Andrew's Continued Denials
Prince Andrew has strenuously and repeatedly denied ever having sex with Ms Giuffre or any other wrongdoing related to the Epstein case. He settled a civil sexual assault case brought by Ms Giuffre in 2022 for a reported multi-million pound sum, without admission of liability.
The emergence of the puppet within the document dump provides a bizarre and unsettling visual element to the long-running scandal, further linking the Duke of York to the environment within Epstein's homes where abuse is documented to have occurred.
