Corrie Star Splits From Bond Hopeful After Engagement

Coronation Street actress Olivia Frances Brown has reportedly split from her fiancé, James Nelson-Joyce, less than a year after their engagement. The couple, who got engaged last August, have deleted all traces of each other from their social media accounts, according to reports.

A source told The Sun: "It's finished. They were a rock-solid showbiz couple, and their fans will be absolutely shocked and devastated." The split is said to be due to their hectic schedules, with the pair struggling to find time for each other.

Olivia, 27, plays Jodie Ramsay on the ITV soap, while James, 37, has been tipped as a potential candidate for the next James Bond after his role in the BBC drama This City Is Ours. He previously joked about being "double oh Scouse" during an interview with the BBC.

Following the news, Olivia posted a sultry photo on Instagram with the caption: "After the rain, the nice weather." She also recently debuted a new blunt fringe, which received compliments from her Corrie co-stars Lucy Fallon, Claire Sweeney, and Julia Goulding.

Olivia first appeared on Coronation Street in January during the crossover with Emmerdale. Her character Jodie has been at the centre of a major storyline involving an attempted seduction of her sister's husband and a murder mystery.

The Mirror has contacted James's representative, while Olivia's rep declined to comment.
