Coronation Street viewers believe they have identified the potential killer of Megan Walsh, with many pointing the finger at teenager Will Driscoll. The teacher, played by Beth Nixon, has been at the centre of a grooming storyline involving Will, and the drama is reaching its climax during the soap's much-hyped Murder Week.
In recent episodes, Megan has been confronted by Will's grandmother Maggie and stepmother Eva, alongside Leanne and Toyah Battersby, who are demanding she confess to the police. However, Megan refused to back down, revealing that she knew Toyah caused the death of her husband Imran years ago. The confrontation escalated, with Toyah slapping Megan and Eva threatening to ruin her life.
Later, Megan overheard Maggie admitting to killing her husband by pushing him down the stairs, and recorded the confession. When Maggie confronted Megan near the precinct flats, Megan taunted her, saying she wanted a peaceful life. As Megan descended the stairs, Maggie followed and slammed a door, but fans suspect Will may be the one to kill Megan.
Viewers theorise that Will, upon learning that Megan aborted his baby, could snap and push her down the stairs.
