Brooklyn Beckham Mocked Over Burger Tutorial, Timing Criticized
Brooklyn Beckham Mocked Over Burger Tutorial Timing

Brooklyn Beckham faced a grilling from critics after sharing his latest cookery tutorial on Instagram. The 27-year-old budding chef posted a video on Tuesday showing himself making a burger and chips to promote his hot sauce brand, Cloud 23, alongside business partner Zach.

Burger and Chips Tutorial Sparks Backlash

In the clip, Brooklyn prepared the fast food dish by assembling a burger, chopping pickles, slicing sourdough bread, and frying chips in oil. However, viewers were quick to mock his culinary skills, particularly criticising his timing. One comment read: 'Groundbreaking. A burger with hot sauce,' while another said: 'You need to work on the timing Brooklyn, it all needs to be ready at the same time.' Others joked about the cold grilled cheese sandwich and chips, and questioned the use of sourdough for a burger bun.

Mixed Reactions from Followers

Despite the criticism, some followers were impressed, leaving comments such as 'Delicious' and 'Looks amazing!!' The video aimed to promote Cloud 23 hot sauce, but the focus quickly shifted to Brooklyn's cooking techniques.

This is not the first time Brooklyn has faced mockery over his cooking. Last month, he was ridiculed for an 'embarrassing' tuna sandwich tutorial, where he combined two tins of tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped apple, gherkin, onion, and his hot sauce, then fried the sandwich in butter. Followers joked: 'Oh bless him... be a boiled egg next.'

Family Dynamics in the Spotlight

Meanwhile, Brooklyn's estranged father, David Beckham, enjoyed a 'lovely dinner' with his son Romeo at the upscale Sushi Kanesaka restaurant in Mayfair on Saturday. The 51-year-old former footballer shared a selfie on Instagram, captioning it: 'A lovely dinner with my boy,' as they sipped white wine. The 18-course meal costs £420 per head, with optional sake or wine pairings from £150.

Prior to the family rift, Brooklyn and David had bonded over Japanese cuisine, even enjoying sushi during Brooklyn's 21st birthday celebrations. However, in January, Brooklyn stated he did not wish to reconcile with his parents, Victoria and David, labelling them and his siblings as 'performative.'
