The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has dropped a charge of outraging public decency against adult content creator Bonnie Blue, real name Tia Billinger. The decision came after a further review concluded there was no realistic prospect of securing a conviction.
The charge stemmed from an incident outside the Indonesian embassy in London on December 15, 2025, where Blue was filmed dragging an Indonesian flag along the ground and simulating a sexual act with her hand and mouth. She was surrounded by masked men during the stunt.
Blue had been deported from Indonesia and banned from the country for ten years following a separate incident in Bali where she was accused of illegally producing pornography. Although no criminal charges were filed, she paid a fine for traffic violations and was deported. Blue stated the embassy protest was motivated by her deportation.
In related controversy, Blue recently admitted that a silicone baby bump she wore during a holiday in Mexico was a deliberate 'ragebait' stunt, which she claimed generated over 100 million views and earned her £1 million.
