Adva Lavie, a 28-year-old model and influencer from Los Angeles, has been arrested again in connection with separate theft allegations. Beverly Hills police took her into custody at around 10:30pm on Tuesday, with the case linked to a theft allegation in Riverside County, California.
Lavie, who also uses the name Mia Ventura, had previously pleaded not guilty to six felony counts related to allegations that she stole from wealthy older men she met through dating apps. She was released in March with an ankle monitor. The former Penthouse model, who has described herself as Israel's top OnlyFans creator, is accused of forming relationships with men online before burgling their homes.
The felony charges she faces include two counts of unauthorised use of personal information, two counts of grand theft, and two counts of residential burglary. Prosecutors allege the offences took place between 2023 and 2025, and that she posed as a girlfriend or travel companion to steal cash, gold and designer goods from victims.
At the time of her latest arrest, Lavie was reportedly in breach of a court order. She is said to have texted a witness in the case and travelled into Ventura County, both violations. A judge allowed her to go free but warned that any further departure from Los Angeles County would result in detention without bail.
Lavie is engaged to billionaire businessman Stephen Cloobeck, who was arrested in May on felony charges of witness tampering in her case. He allegedly tried to dissuade a witness or victim from testifying. The couple had planned to marry on June 18 in Israel, but that date has been moved.
Lavie is expected to appear in court on Thursday. If convicted, she could face up to 11 years and eight months in prison.
