Town Pays Tribute to Azaylia Cain at Funeral Procession

Orange decorations adorned the streets of Nuneaton as the funeral of eight-month-old Azaylia Cain, who died from a rare form of cancer, took place.

Azaylia was the daughter of former Coventry City footballer turned reality star Ashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee.

The couple raised more than £1.5m for her treatment, but she was too ill and died in April.

Her funeral procession was led by eight horses decorated with orange feathers, with the coffin carried in a horse-drawn carriage. Locals decorated their homes and businesses along the route.

Ms Vorajee posted on Instagram thanking people for making it "so beautiful for Azaylia", saying her "heart was aching so hard". Mr Cain described the service as a private celebration of Azaylia's life, thanking well-wishers for their support.
