Fresh Allegations Emerge in Epstein Document Release
Startling new claims have surfaced in the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein saga, with a recently unearthed legal letter alleging that Prince Andrew and the late financier solicited an exotic dancer for a threesome during a party at Epstein's Florida residence. The document, dated March 23, 2011, forms part of the millions of pages released by US authorities last Friday, adding another layer to the complex web of allegations surrounding Epstein's associates.
Detailed Account of Alleged 2006 Incident
According to the letter written by attorney William Vogeler to Epstein's former legal representative Robert Critton, the unnamed woman claims she was chauffered to Epstein's West Palm Beach home at 358 El Brillo Way in early 2006. The document states that during the party, the dancer observed other young women dressed provocatively, with some appearing to be as young as 14 years old.
The legal correspondence provides a detailed narrative of the alleged encounter, claiming Epstein first offered to pay the woman and other exotic dancers $10,000 each to perform at his home. After being directed to an upstairs bedroom where she encountered Epstein, the woman alleges she was introduced to Prince Andrew, who was present as Epstein's guest.
Specific Allegations of Sexual Solicitation
The letter claims the woman danced for both men, undressing until wearing only underwear, at which point Epstein and Andrew allegedly proposed a threesome. When the dancer protested that she was hired to dance rather than engage in sexual activity, the document alleges the men "prevailed upon her to engage in various sex acts" before inviting her to accompany them on a trip to the Virgin Islands, which she declined.
Notably, the legal correspondence states Epstein only paid the woman $2,000 rather than the promised $10,000, and that she would be willing to keep the alleged encounter confidential "in exchange for a payment of $250,000." The letter explains the woman had not pursued her claims earlier because she was "not proud of the circumstances of that night" and felt she was "treated like a prostitute" despite working as an exotic dancer.
Separate from Previous Giuffre Allegations
These new claims are distinct from the allegations made by Virginia Giuffre, who has previously accused Andrew of sexual abuse on three separate occasions. Giuffre's allegations include incidents at Ghislaine Maxwell's London home, Epstein's Manhattan address, and Epstein's private island, Little St James.
The latest document release also includes photographs appearing to show Andrew crouched over an unidentified female, adding visual evidence to the growing collection of materials connecting the former duke to Epstein's social circle. Andrew has consistently and vehemently denied any wrongdoing throughout the various allegations that have emerged.
Broader Context of Epstein Document Release
This legal letter represents just one fragment of the extensive documentation made public by the US Department of Justice, which continues to shed light on Epstein's network and activities. The release has prompted renewed scrutiny of individuals connected to the convicted sex trafficker, with multiple new allegations emerging alongside previously known claims.
The document's emergence comes years after the alleged incident, highlighting how Epstein-related claims continue to surface long after his death. The letter's detailed narrative provides specific dates, locations, and financial figures that add concrete details to what has often been a murky landscape of allegations and denials surrounding Epstein's associates.
