Actor Jakub Łoza Dies at 41 After Heartbreaking Final Post

Jakub Łoza, a Polish actor, bodybuilder, and model, has died at the age of 41, just two weeks after sharing a poignant message about his health struggles. His family confirmed his passing at 3am on Sunday, May 3, in a statement to his social media followers.

Only those closest to him were aware that he had been battling an unspecified illness. In his final social media post two weeks before his death, he wrote: 'I'm currently undergoing treatment – it's a real phase I'm going through. I've never asked, 'Why me?' I've always said, 'Jesus, I trust in You. If this is the path, I accept it.' And you know what? I've never felt more at peace than I do now.'

His agent, Ewa Rączy, expressed shock, saying the news came 'completely out of the blue.' She told local media: 'We'd only seen each other recently through work. He was active, looked great, and seemed to be in the prime of his life. There was nothing to suggest anything was wrong.'

Łoza was known for roles in Polish series and films such as 'Barwy szczęścia', 'Szpital św. Anny', and 'Najpierw ucichły ptaki'. He also worked as a personal trainer and model, and reportedly lived in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. In 2018, he won first place in the Classic Bodybuilding category at the UKUP British Finals.

Rączy paid tribute, describing him as 'excellent in front of the camera, with a natural ease around people' and 'young, full of energy, committed and talented, but also warm and kind.' His funeral is set to take place today in his hometown of Rzeszów, Poland.
