If Manchester City drop points at Bournemouth, Arsenal will be crowned champions immediately. Should City win, the title race will go down to the final day of the season on Sunday, when Arsenal travel to Crystal Palace and City host Aston Villa. A win for Arsenal at Selhurst Park would secure the title, while any other result would hand the advantage to City.
Arsenal are chasing their first Premier League title in 22 years, since the famous 'Invincibles' season of 2003-04. The club have won the league three times in the Premier League era, all under former manager Arsène Wenger. Meanwhile, Arteta's side also have a Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain to look forward to on May 30.
