Little Mix star Perrie Edwards is set to relocate to Glasgow with her fiancé, footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and their two children. The 32-year-old midfielder recently signed a six-month contract with Celtic Football Club, prompting the family move north.
Oxlade-Chamberlain confirmed the plans in his first interview since joining Celtic, telling the Daily Mail: 'Yeah [Perrie] will be up here for sure. We've just had a second baby so, she's only four weeks old, so I think a few more weeks and they will probably head up here for sure.' The couple, who have been engaged since 2022, have a son named Axel, born in August 2021, and welcomed a daughter, Alanis, last month.
The former Arsenal and Liverpool player added: 'It's exactly what I need. I need another challenge and lucky enough at a massive club like this.' Edwards has shown her support by sharing Celtic's welcome post on Instagram Stories with a flame emoji.
Meanwhile, Edwards has a busy summer ahead with festival performances including Big Festival, Isle of Wight Festival, and Mighty Hoopla. Last year, while pregnant, she spoke about balancing motherhood and her career, saying: 'Just because you're a mum doesn't mean you're not you anymore. It doesn't define you as a person.'
