Jacqueline Falk, the daughter of the late Columbo star Peter Falk, has died at the age of 60. She was one of two daughters adopted by the Emmy-winning actor and his first wife, Alyce Mayo.

According to medical records obtained by People magazine, Jacqueline Falk was found dead on April 27 at a home in Los Angeles. Her death has been ruled a suicide.
The news has sent shockwaves through the entertainment community, as Falk was known to be a private individual who largely stayed out of the public eye.
