Peace Deal Reached

According to Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the accord will stop all military actions between the U.S. and Iran. In a statement on X, Sharif said: 'Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED. Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.'

Signing Ceremony

The official signing ceremony is scheduled for Friday, June 19, in Switzerland. Sharif expressed gratitude to both nations for their commitment to a diplomatic solution, as well as to the mediation efforts of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. Mediators will facilitate pre-implementation discussions this week to lay the groundwork for technical talks and the signing event.
