Yvonne Connolly, the ex-wife of Boyzone singer Ronan Keating, has married her long-term partner John Conroy in a romantic ceremony in New York. The 52-year-old TV presenter and model tied the knot with cinematographer Conroy in Central Park, surrounded by their nine children.
Connolly's three children from her marriage to Keating—Love Island star Jack, 27, and daughters Missy, 25, and Ali, 20—were all part of the wedding party, coordinating in black outfits alongside Conroy's six children. The couple have been together for 14 years, having started their romance two years after Connolly's split from Keating in 2010.
Sharing photos on Instagram, Connolly wore a gown by Irish designer Róisín Linnane. She revealed that her daughter Missy acted as wedding planner and paid tribute to her blended family. 'I married the love of my life today in New York City enveloped by our 9 children,' she wrote. 'Tears of joy and happiness have been shed and our true love celebrated.'
Connolly also shared a mishap on the way to the altar: gridlock traffic caused by a march forced her to abandon the vintage Rolls Royce she had hired and take the New York subway. 'It couldn't have been more NY!!' she laughed.
The couple's romance began after Connolly's marriage to Keating ended in 2011 following his affair with backing dancer Francine Cornell. Keating is now married to TV producer Storm Uechtritz and has two children with her.
