Tyson Fury has paid a heartfelt tribute to his £20,000 guard dog Cash in the second series of his Netflix docuseries, At Home with the Furys. The heavyweight boxing champion, alongside wife Paris and their seven children, has given fans a behind-the-scenes look at their life in Morecambe since the show first aired in 2023.
In the new series, Fury reflects on the loss of privacy that fame has brought. 'I've been in Morecambe for 17 years, and there's no personal life. Everything's public, where I live, where my kids go to school - there's no privacy, privacy doesn't exist,' he confessed.
Fans were aware of the family's location, but the Furys had protection in the form of their rottweiler guard dog Cash, who has sadly passed away. At the end of episode nine, a touching tribute reads: 'In loving memory of Cash.' The dog appears earlier in episode eight, in a brief scene where 13-year-old Prince feeds him. The show was filmed last year, so the exact timing of Cash's death is unclear, but fans have been paying tribute since March 2026.
Tyson purchased Cash from Elite Protection Dogs, a London-based dealer that sells 'exclusive dogs for exclusive people', for an estimated £20,000 in June 2022. The boxer often shared sweet moments with Cash on Instagram, including a black and white image from 2024 with the caption: 'A man's best friend. Always happy to see you. Loves u unconditionally, lovely quiet times with my dog.'
Since filming the second series, the Fury family have moved to the Isle of Man.
