Trump's Sweary Iran War Rant Decoded by Expert: Four Key 'Hoax' Moments

Donald Trump launched a bizarre and aggressive rant on his Truth Social platform earlier today, threatening to leave Iran "living in Hell" if the Strait of Hormuz was not reopened by his arbitrary deadline. The post, which escalated tensions in the ongoing conflict with Iran, has been analysed by a language expert who identified four key moments that might lead observers to believe it was a hoax.

The Unhinged Ultimatum

Despite being just 45 words long, Trump's deranged Truth Social statement was constructed without any obvious rationale, according to body and language expert Judi James. It was filled with bonkers aspects that seemingly proved the US President was losing his grip on reality. Trump posted ahead of his Monday deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, marking a major escalation in his war on Iran and representing his most unhinged statement to date.

He wrote: "Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F*****’ Strait, you crazy b******s, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP."

Four Suspicious Elements

Judi James told the Mirror that the initial response to this post is that it is a hoax. "Trump excels in stream-of-consciousness communications but this one is a stand-out showstopper," she said. The expert highlighted four peculiar elements:

  1. Commas Everywhere: "The inappropriate use of the comma is shocking enough alone," said Judi. There are three commas in just one sentence, consisting of only 16 words.
  2. Capping Up the 'F': Trump decided to start his 'f*****' expletive with a capital letter, for some unexplained reason. Judi was equally confused, stating: "There's the assumption of a capital F for the F word?"
  3. The Dreaded B-Word: Trump's use of the word 'b******' puzzled the language analyst, as it is rarely used in modern discourse. Traditionally describing a child born out of wedlock, it is quite obviously outdated. She noted: "The b-word has now been removed from modern and more measured communication."
  4. 'Praise Be': Trump's grim reference to Allah, clearly aimed at Iran given its state religion is Islam, adds an ironic ending that alone might make the post seem fake.

Analysis of Intent and Impact

Judi James added: "This clearly reads full of an anger that sounds so severe that punctuation and elegant language have been shelved, when politics tends to be more about the parental-style power of calm, calculated communication that is full of self control. A message like this might have been constructed with a specific response in mind but it's not clear what that response should be. Is it intended to scare? It's such a hands-on personal approach in terms of a threat."

Hours after Trump's expletive-laden post promising Iran will be "living in Hell" over the Strait of Hormuz closure, Tehran's mission to the U.N. called the open threats to target civilian infrastructure "a direct and public incitement to terrorise civilians and clear evidence of intent to commit war crime."

The mission said in a post on X: "The international community and all States have legal obligations to prevent such atrocious acts of war crimes. They must act now. Tomorrow is too late."

In a later development, Trump provided details of the rescue of a "seriously wounded and really brave" US service member, identified as a "respected colonel," who had been missing since Iran shot down a US F-15E Strike Eagle on Friday. The US president described the rescue as a rarely attempted type of operation due to potential dangers, noting that a second crew member was rescued earlier in "broad daylight" after seven hours over Iran.
