The Strictly The Professionals Tour 2026 has been announced, with a 30-date run promising to be 'bigger, bolder and more spectacular than ever'. The tour kicks off at Stockton's Globe Theatre on April 30 and concludes at Blackpool's Opera House on May 30.
The line-up includes Vito Coppola, Gorka Marquez, Jowita Prystal, Lauren Oakley, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Neil Jones, Luba Mushtuk, Julian Cailon and Alexis Warr. However, four dancers have recently left the BBC show: Luba Mushtuk, Nadiya Bychkova, Karen Hauer and Michelle Tsiakkas. Michelle was originally scheduled for the tour but has since withdrawn.
Jowita and Kai appeared on BBC's The One Show on April 3 to promote the tour. Jowita said: 'I genuinely cannot wait because last year we didn't have the pro tour and this is one of the highlights of our career... It's a celebration of dance and I am already sweating.' Kai added: 'The whole ethos of the show is getting to know us... It's a well-rounded show for families to come and watch.'
Rehearsals begin on April 6. A statement on the tour's social media said: 'Michelle Tsiakkas has decided not to take part in Strictly The Professionals 2026 Tour. We are naturally disappointed but respect her decision and wish her every success for the future.'
