South Park has released an unaired post-credits scene that intensifies its mockery of Kristi Noem, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security. In the clip, Noem is shown entering a pet store and opening fire on the animals inside, before chasing down and killing a small dog that escapes.
The scene was not broadcast on Comedy Central but was shared online by the show's official X account. It follows the second episode of the 27th season, which already featured Noem repeatedly shooting dogs—a reference to her admission that she once killed her own puppy for being "untrainable". The episode also mocked rumours that she had undergone plastic surgery.
In the episode, immigration enforcement agency ICE is depicted raiding heaven in search of immigrants. The series has also taken aim at other members of Donald Trump's administration, including Trump himself, who is shown in a relationship with Satan, and Vice President JD Vance, portrayed as a miniature version of himself.
Noem responded to the episode on The Glenn Beck Program podcast, calling it "petty" and "lazy". She said: "It's so lazy to just constantly make fun of women for how they look. Only the liberals and the extremists do that." The White House previously dismissed the show as irrelevant, while Vance appeared to take the mockery in his stride, posting: "Well, I’ve finally made it on" after being featured.
