Former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas has defended himself after his brother Adam claimed he has a reputation for being rude when fans ask for photos. The comments were made during the latest episode of the brothers' podcast, At Home with The Thomas Bros.
Adam Thomas, also a TV personality, said: 'You have got a reputation for being quite rude when people ask for pictures.' Ryan then recalled an incident involving an older fan who was taking photos without asking. He explained that while he was initially cooperative, he became reluctant when asked to take more snaps, which Adam described as rolling his eyes.
Ryan chastised his brother for 'throwing him under the bus,' insisting, 'I’m not actually rude though.' Their brother Scott jumped to Ryan's defence, noting that as an 'old school celebrity,' Ryan used to get 'pestered all the time.' The trio laughed off the accusations, with Scott asking listeners to call in if they had ever had a bad experience.
