The Pentagon has released a second batch of UFO files, comprising dozens of declassified photos, videos, and documents related to alleged sightings. This latest release has been housed on its website, which has garnered over 1 billion hits.
Intelligence Officer Reports 'Two Large Orbs'
One of the most striking reports comes from a U.S. intelligence officer who described seeing 'two large orbs flare up' near his helicopter in late 2025. The officer characterized the objects as oval-shaped, orange with a white or yellow center, and emitting light. He further observed the orbs appearing over nearby fighter jets, noting they seemed to be 'chasing' the aircraft. Later, he witnessed the orange orbs forming a distinct triangle before vanishing.
Historical Sightings in Sandia, New Mexico
A 116-page document included in the release details 209 sightings of 'green orbs,' 'discs,' and 'fireballs' reported near a military base in Sandia, New Mexico, between 1948 and 1950. Investigations into these sightings involved reports of unidentified anomalous phenomena maneuvering, disappearing, or exploding. Some findings contributed to Project Grudge, a brief U.S. Air Force investigation in 1949.
This release is part of ongoing efforts by the Pentagon to declassify and share information about unidentified aerial phenomena, aiming to increase transparency and understanding of these mysterious events.
