Oti Mabuse has revealed she was hurt after discovering her sister Motsi secretly renewed her wedding vows without telling her. The Strictly Come Dancing professional said she felt left out of the intimate ceremony, which took place in South Africa earlier this year.
Speaking in a recent interview, Oti admitted she was upset that Motsi, 38, did not invite her to the vow renewal with her husband Timo Kulczak. 'I was a bit hurt, to be honest,' Oti said. 'We are very close, and I thought I would be there.'
Motsi Mabuse, who is a judge on Strictly Come Dancing, reportedly planned the surprise renewal for her 10th wedding anniversary. She later apologised to Oti, explaining it was a small, spontaneous event. The sisters have since reconciled, with Oti saying she understands and is happy for her sister.
The news comes as Motsi prepares to join the Strictly judging panel for its upcoming series, replacing Darcey Bussell. Oti, 28, will continue as a professional dancer on the show.
