Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish Surprise at Coachella Week Two

Olivia Rodrigo made a surprise appearance at Coachella on Saturday, joining Addison Rae for the debut live performance of her new single 'Drop Dead'. The 23-year-old pop star emerged during Rae's set as she sang 'Headphones On', before the duo performed the track released on Friday.

'Drop Dead' is the lead single from Rodrigo's upcoming third album, 'You seem pretty sad for a girl so in love', due on 12 June. The album follows her 2023 release 'Guts', which earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year.

The surprise came a day after Sabrina Carpenter brought out Madonna for a medley of hits including 'Like a Prayer' and 'Vogue'. Justin Bieber also returned as a headliner on Saturday, bringing out Billie Eilish for a duet of 'One Less Lonely Girl' and performing with SZA on 'Snooze'.
