The Married at First Sight UK season 9 reunion special, now available on Channel 4, saw former couples return for emotional reunions and the dreaded Honesty Box. Among the most dramatic moments was the confrontation between Davide and Keye, who faced their split head-on.
Season 9 had a poor track record for lasting relationships, with only one couple staying together after final vows. Nathan and Lacey, who remained together after filming, eventually split. During the reunion, Nathan said he was 'gutted' and thought they would 'last forever', while Lacey claimed Nathan blocked her and 'gave up'.
Kieran and Kristina, one of the strongest couples, left the experiment during a commitment ceremony. Kieran later posted on Instagram that he didn't regret letting Kristina go, saying he 'wasn't the man for her' and apologised for not making it work.
Other couples like Caspar and Emma, Eve and Charlie, and Amy and Luke also ended their relationships. Ross and Sacha did not stay together, with Ross reportedly in a new relationship. Adam and Polly patched things up after Adam stormed off at final vows, while Holly confirmed she and her partner are just friends.
Orson and Richelle left after Orson kissed another bride, Hannah. Ryan and Sionainn split after an argument over shoelaces, with Ryan admitting he spoke to Sionainn 'really rudely'.
