Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter have sent their fans into a frenzy after releasing their new song Bring Your Love, leaving listeners raving that their ears have been blessed. The two pop sensations took to the stage together at Coachella earlier this month in a surprise performance at the festival in California.
In the run-up to the release of Madonna's latest album, Confessions II, the singers teamed up for the collaborative track titled Bring Your Love. Madonna, 67, and Sabrina, 26, teased the song during the Please Please Please singer's weekend two set at Coachella, where Madonna appeared as a guest. The duo performed the 1990s hit Vogue before premiering a segment of the new song and closing with a duet of Like A Prayer.
Together, they sang on the house track: 'Bring your love 'cause you cannot shake me, bring your love 'cause you'll never break me, bring your love 'cause you cannot take me down.' The new release marks the buildup to Confessions II, due to be released on July 3 by Warner Records, marking Madonna's first full-length album in seven years. The project sees the Like A Virgin singer reunite with DJ and record producer Stuart Price, who produced her previous album, Confessions on a Dance Floor.
Since Bring Your Love's release, fans have flooded social media with reactions. One fan wrote on X: 'My ears have been blessed,' while another chimed in: 'New Madonna and Sabrina actually slaps!' A third person penned: 'It's just perfect,' and a fourth added: 'This is a bop. Deserves to go number 1 everywhere.' A fifth fan on YouTube commented: 'We're witnessing the resurgence of POP music. This is how classic pop songs are made. The lyrics, the harmonies, the chorus... perfection.' A sixth agreed: 'Ok, this is her best collaboration ever,' and another concluded: 'Song of the incoming summer!'
However, not every listener was a fan. Some offered criticisms, with one writing: 'Madonna really saw Sabrina taking the pop crown and said let me hop on this to stay relevant...' Someone else suggested: 'Madonna's new song with Sabrina is really bad, but it might be a hit,' as a third concluded: 'Madonna and Sabrina collab is TIREDDD.'
Last month, it was revealed that Madonna secretly recruited a supermodel and two major Hollywood actors for her 'biggest music video ever' ahead of her new album. The video reportedly features Kate Moss, Gwendoline Christie, and Benedict Cumberbatch, with a dramatic car crash stunt, a warehouse rave, and extras dangling from the ceiling. Filmed at Black Island Studios in West London, it is said to be Madonna's biggest production ever, for the first single from Confessions On A Dance Floor Part 2.
A source told The Sun: 'Gwendoline was seen on set but Kate and Benedict were kept out of the spotlight and ushered in by car. Their scenes were all filmed in secret.' The source added: 'She wanted to come back with a bang for this new era and the video really pushes boundaries, with high-octane stunts and special surprises.' The shoot reportedly ran from 4pm until 2am across six stages with hundreds of crew.
Elsewhere, Madonna reportedly lined up embattled Britney Spears for an iconic comeback collaboration on her new album. The Queen of Pop was said to have reached out to the Princess of Pop in December and January, hoping to write together and get a studio session in. A collaboration would be huge, 23 years after they kissed on stage at the MTV VMAs and had a number two hit single, Me Against The Music. A source told The Sun: 'Madonna believes Britney is not just a brilliant artist, but a lovely person. They had a great time in the past working together and had touched on working together again. Madonna felt that Britney could bring something to her new album or perhaps join for a writing idea.'
