Love Island viewers were left stunned after a dramatic twist saw Ope and Victoria abruptly dumped from the villa, ending their search for romance. The pair were voted out after being deemed the couple with the weakest connection during a tense game of Truth or Dare.
The episode began with a game around the Fire Pit, where dares grew bolder and truths more revealing. Tensions escalated when Jasmine accused Ope of seeking fame, and Victoria called him a 'bit of a liar'. The group then ranked couples by connection, leading to a passionate debate before a surprise text announced Ope and Victoria's exit.
Fans took to social media to react. One wrote: 'Tbh it was time for Ope to go, he's been doing way too much. Justice for Victoria.' Another said: 'Ope and Victoria were great TV, they shouldn't have been the ones leaving. Sam and Namibia were right there.' A third commented: 'Well I didn't see that coming with Ope and Victoria being dumped.'
The twist came after Victoria had begun exploring a connection with Sam, following his split from Namibia. The pair shared a kiss in the Hideaway. Meanwhile, Lorenzo and Yasmin discussed exploring their own connection, leaving Aidan uneasy.
Love Island continues Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.
