YouTube star KSI has announced a documentary series chronicling his involvement with Dagenham & Redbridge, following his purchase of a minority stake in the sixth-tier club. The series, titled 'Race To The Top', will air on his YouTube channel this summer, with production by After Party Studios.
The 32-year-old, whose real name is Olajide Olatunji, co-founded the Sidemen and has ventured into boxing and music. He is also a judge on Britain's Got Talent. His ambition echoes that of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, who documented their takeover of Wrexham in the Emmy-winning 'Welcome to Wrexham'.
KSI admitted that reaching the Premier League with the National League South side is his dream. The club currently sits in the bottom half of the table after relegation last season. The docuseries will provide unprecedented access to boardroom meetings and fan reactions.
Ben Doyle, known as RVBBERDUCK, who previously produced KSI's boxing documentary 'KSI: Can't Lose', will lead the project. The series will initially air in summer 2026 and continue into the 2026/27 season. KSI described the project as a full-circle moment, referencing his earlier 'Race to Division One' series.
