The picture, shared on Tuesday, shows the pair holding microphones in front of a press board reading 'Couples Unfiltered – Premiere Night', surrounded by photographers.
The image appears to be a doctored version of a photograph taken at Mistra Aesthetics in Dubai last week, where the newlyweds underwent cosmetic procedures. The clinic has reportedly set out a treatment plan for Price over time, and sources suggest Andrews is considering a range of surgeries, including a hair transplant and facelift, to achieve a 'filtered' look as a couple.
This is not the first time Andrews has teased a reality show; in February, he posted an AI video titled 'Coming soon: Kate and Lee', showing animated versions of the pair visiting landmarks such as the Colosseum and Christ the Redeemer. The couple married in January.
Meanwhile, Price's upcoming three-part documentary for Sky, produced by Louis Theroux's Mindhouse, faces uncertainty. Filmed while she was dating Married at First Sight star JJ Slater, the footage is now considered 'daft' and 'out of date' following her quick wedding to Andrews. Sources say producers may need to re-edit or shoot new footage to meet the planned April air date.
