New details have emerged regarding Josie Gibson's cosy display with Sam Wolfenden at the Cheltenham Festival, revealing that the farrier is actually engaged. Gibson, a presenter on This Morning, filmed a segment with Wolfenden, known as the world's hottest farrier, at the event.
The pair were seen hugging and posing for photos, prompting speculation about a romance. However, it has now been disclosed that Wolfenden, 32, is engaged to his childhood sweetheart Grace Richardson, with whom he shares a young daughter. A source told The Sun: "They've been together forever. Grace is a stay-at-home mum to their daughter and co-owns their farrier business. But you won't see any mention of them on his social media."
The source added that Wolfenden was advised to keep his relationship private to boost his profile as an eligible bachelor. "His image was built on the idea that he's an eligible bachelor - hot, single and available. The truth is, he isn't available. He's very much taken," the source said.
Despite the revelation, onlookers claimed Gibson and Wolfenden appeared "very comfortable with each other" at the festival. A source said: "Josie and Sam have got incredible chemistry. They were very flirty while filming but it really went up a notch when the cameras stopped rolling."
Gibson, who rose to fame on Big Brother in 2011, has been open about her love life. She previously dated property developer Terry Bond, with whom she has a seven-year-old son, and was engaged to plumber Luke Sanwo in 2012. She has also spoken about her dating priorities, saying: "Where would I fit them in because I'm either at work or I'm looking after my little boy?"
