Jedward star John Grimes is set to appear on the upcoming fourth season of Celebrity Ex On The Beach, where his secret ex-girlfriend, Sarah Carragher, has been revealed. The official trailer, released on Monday, shows the pair reconnecting, with John admitting, 'No one really ever came close to what we had.' The series premieres on March 31 on Paramount+.
John, 34, rarely speaks about his relationships, but in the trailer, he and Sarah are seen sharing a kiss by the pool, hinting at a possible reconciliation. The cast also includes Helen Flanagan, Toby Aromolaran, Amy Kenyon, Freddie Powell, Chase DeMoor, Izzy Fairthorne, and Dani Imbert.
John and his twin brother Edward rose to fame on The X Factor in 2009. They have since appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, Britain's Got Talent, and the Eurovision Song Contest, among other shows. John previously took part in the dating show Single AF in 2017.
In a rare comment about his love life in 2017, John told Irish site VIP: 'I've had two long-term relationships that were private. That wasn't part of my career.' He later added to Goss.ie in 2021: 'Most people I've dated haven't been in the spotlight.'
