Sophie Sandiford, a regular on Channel 4's Gogglebox alongside her brother Pete, has a life beyond the show that includes a famous family connection and a blossoming business. The Blackpool native has two other siblings, Harry and Lucy, and her parents Julie and Paul occasionally appear on her social media.
The Sandifords are related to the Chuckle Brothers, Barry and Paul Elliott. In 2019, Paul shared a selfie with Pete, Sophie, and Lucy, captioning it: 'Look who we had a very nice lunch with @pinklarkholme #ProudUncle.'
Sophie lives with Pete in a house that originally belonged to him. She told The Metro in 2020: 'Pete bought the house and did it up. I sneakily just pitched up with my stuff one day and said, "I'm not going home".' She later bought the house from him, meaning Pete now lives with her.
On the romance front, Sophie is in a relationship with Ben McKeown. They went public in April 2022 and celebrated New Year 2024 with a trip to Las Vegas, posing at the famous sign and visiting the Grand Canyon.
After losing her job at Debenhams in December 2020, Sophie trained in floristry and launched her own business, Petali Floristry, in Blackpool. She joked on Instagram: 'Great start... just nearly binned the keys to the workshop.'
Sophie also showed her tender side in November 2024 by posting a birthday tribute to Pete on Instagram.
