Cruz Beckham, the 21-year-old son of Victoria and David Beckham, has kicked off his UK tour with his band, The Breakers, in Birmingham. The performance at Mama Roux on Wednesday marked the start of a tour that will see him perform across the UK and Europe.
Dressed smartly in a red dress shirt, grey trousers, and a striped black and white tie, Cruz entertained the crowd with original tunes alongside bandmates Dan Ewins, Telmo Seixas, and Dario Scotti. He later thanked fans on social media for their support.
In a nod to his Spice Girl mother, Cruz shared a humorous Instagram clip showing his technical IEM systems labelled with spice-themed names: Stoney Spice, Smokey Spice, Coffee Spice, and Hairy Spice. The video was set to the Spice Girls' hit 'Say You'll Be There'.
His girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, 30, was seen proudly wearing tour merchandise, including a hoodie listing all tour dates. Cruz also shared behind-the-scenes images, including a sign reading 'Cruz Beckham and the Breakers' and a playful 'Crews Beckham' t-shirt worn by team members.
One fan described the set as 'absolutely fantastic' with a 'perfect indie & Beatles-esque vibe', adding that Cruz was 'such a gent'. The tour continues in Cardiff, Bristol, Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Southampton, Brighton, Paris, Amsterdam, and Berlin, concluding with three nights in London at The Courtyard Theatre.
