Coronation Street Stars Reunite at Manchester Women's Day Gala
Former Coronation Street actresses Helen Flanagan and Brooke Vincent enjoyed a heartwarming reunion at an International Women's Day celebration in Manchester on Friday. The event, hosted by Julie Perry Events at the luxurious Lowry Hotel, brought together the onscreen sisters for a stylish and memorable evening.
Fashion Highlights from the Event
Helen Flanagan, 35, who portrayed Rosie Webster on the iconic soap from 2000 until 2018, made a striking appearance in a pale pink and white gingham dress. The ensemble featured a plunging neckline, with delicate white lace lining at the bust and bodice. Adding to the elegance, the midi dress included ruched wrist cuffs and fashionable balloon sleeves, complemented by a sleek black leather handbag.
Meanwhile, Brooke Vincent, 33, known for playing younger sister Sophie Webster from 2004 to 2019, turned heads in a chic black and white polka dot co-ord set. Her outfit consisted of a button-up blazer paired with capri pants, topped off with a stylish pillbox hat, creating a sophisticated and eye-catching look.
Celebrity Attendees and Recent Catch-Ups
The swanky bash also attracted other notable figures, including Coleen Rooney, pregnant Annie Kilner, Charlotte Dawson, and Chelsee Healey. This reunion follows a recent get-together last month, where Flanagan and Vincent met with their former onscreen mother, Sally Dynevor. Sally, who has played Sally Metcalfe since 1986, joined Brooke to watch Helen perform in the play The Memory Of Water at Bolton's Octagon Theatre.
Helen expressed her joy on Instagram, sharing a smitten selfie with the caption: 'They came love you both so much @sallydynevor @brookelevivincent.' She described feeling 'on cloud nine' after her long-time friends and former colleagues attended her performance.
Helen Flanagan's Personal Reflections
In recent developments, Helen has opened up about balancing motherhood with her personal life. In a holiday video with her children, she addressed feelings of 'mum guilt' and shared plans for future trips. Helen penned: 'Been planning my trips for 2026 my love life may always be in tatters but I have been so very blessed with three beautiful children x.'
She detailed intentions for one-on-one getaways, including a trip to Lake Como with daughter Matilda and a visit to Bangkok with daughter Delilah to see her brother and nephew. Helen explained: 'As a single mum of three, I’ve learnt that little one-on-one trips feel so much more manageable (and meaningful) than trying to do everything all at once. It gives me the chance to really be present with each of them.'
Additionally, she highlighted how her travel platform helps offset costs, stating: 'And the best part? I actually earn back on every trip I book through my travel platform which means more memories, less guilt, and a lot more freedom.' Helen shares her children—Matilda, 10, Delilah, seven, and four-year-old Charlie—with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, from whom she split in 2022 after 13 years together.
