EastEnders has teased a special week of episodes where 'everything changes' for multiple residents. The BBC soap is keeping specific scenes under wraps, but it promises bombshells and life-changing events that will impact more than one Walford family.
Set across one night following Vicki and Ross's wedding, Yolande realises Denise is missing. Denise opens up about her cancer diagnosis and receives a call requiring immediate treatment, but rushes to Chelsea's side after worrying family news. Prior to this, Mark and Chelsea flirt, but she almost shares a kiss with Zack.
As Chelsea returns to the reception, her world is turned upside down. Denise tells Jack about her diagnosis, while Yolande covers for her absence. Kathy and Cindy clash after too much wine, but the night takes a turn for the worse for Ian when a knock at the door leads to a discovery that could cost him everything.
Max publicly declares his love for Cindy and proposes. Kat fears she and Alfie gave guests food poisoning. Harry confesses to Gina about Eddie, leading to a confrontation with George. George realises his father Eddie will never change and tries to apologise to Gina, but she flees. George tells Eddie he is sending him back to prison, prompting a bombshell from Eddie.
