The trip will focus on the Reggio Emilia Approach, an educational philosophy that emphasizes children's innate potential for self-development. Kate will visit several schools and meet with childhood development professionals to highlight the importance of nurturing environments and loving relationships in early childhood.
Partnership with Royal Foundation
The visit is organized in collaboration with the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, which Kate founded in 2021. The centre aims to raise awareness about how early experiences shape society and funds research in this area.

Each day, the princess will attend three engagements at different schools, spending time with educators and experts.
