Trinny Woodall, the 62-year-old beauty mogul, has revealed her 10-minute workout secrets in a candid Instagram video. Dressed in a sports bra and leggings, she demonstrated exercises aimed at boosting bone density and improving lymph flow.

In the video, Woodall explained her routine on a vibrating plate, which she finds beneficial for her lymphatic system and bone health. She said: 'I haven't done exercise for a week... I just want to keep the energy that I get from exercise.'

Her workout includes calf raises for balance and arm raises performed simultaneously. She advised viewers to focus on a point in front of them for stability. Woodall emphasised the importance of consistency, even with short sessions.

Speaking to Glossy last month, Woodall reflected on her evolving relationship with her body over the decades. She said: 'When I didn’t love myself, I negated my body. I've learned how important it is to love yourself.'

She now nurtures her body by asking what it needs each month, focusing on strength both mentally and physically. 'Your relationship with your body [should be] strong,' she added.
