Sue Radford Reveals 'Turning Point' That Led to Her Two-Stone Weight Loss

Sue Radford, the mother of 22 from the Channel 5 show 22 Kids and Counting, has opened up about the moment she decided to transform her lifestyle and lose weight. The 50-year-old, who has been documenting her two-stone weight loss on Instagram, shared that seeing old photos of herself at her heaviest was the catalyst for change.

In a recent post, Sue wrote: 'I remember these pictures being taken and feeling so uncomfortable. I was the heaviest I’d ever been and hated looking in the mirror. That was my turning point, I realised I needed to completely change my lifestyle.' She admitted that the family relied on takeaways several times a week and snacked constantly, but cutting out sugar and mindless snacks has been key to her success.

Sue credited her weight loss primarily to healthier eating and increased activity, including regular gym sessions. She noted that she now enjoys exercise, something she never thought she would say. The transformation has been so dramatic that fans mistook her for her daughter Sophie in a recent gym outfit photo.

Despite speculation from online trolls about weight loss injections, Sue has not confirmed any use of medication and attributes her results to effort and lifestyle changes. She says she is now back in the 'eight stone bracket' and has had to size down her clothes, feeling much better both physically and mentally.
