Love Island's Jamie Jewitt reveals five-year health transformation after gut issues and depression

Jamie Jewitt, best known for appearing on Love Island in 2017, has shared details of a dramatic five-year health transformation. The 35-year-old model and influencer posted a video montage on Instagram showing his physical and mental change from December 2020 to the present day.

In the video, Jewitt described his former self as suffering from gut issues, arthritis pain, low testosterone, depression, and being unfit and unwell. He contrasted this with a current image of himself with a toned physique and healthier appearance. Jewitt stated that these issues are not just part of ageing and that he now feels better than ever, with joint pain, gut issues, and depression gone.

Jewitt, who married fellow Love Island contestant Camilla Thurlow in 2021 and has three children with her, attributed his turnaround to a focused lifestyle change. He has launched a podcast called Revive & Thrive to share his tips on education, motivation, nutrition, and supplementation, aiming to help others achieve similar results.

The post received widespread support, with Thurlow liking it and former Love Island winner Nathan Massey commenting encouragement. Jewitt previously credited a celebrity boxing match preparation for putting him on the path to better health, admitting he was out of shape and drank alcohol during training for his first fight, which he lost.
