Jo Wood, 71, Shares Her Daily Diet and Wellness Routine

Jo Wood, the former model and ex-wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, has opened up about her diet and wellness habits at the age of 71. In an interview with Bella magazine, she revealed that she spends around £80 to £100 on organic groceries each week and maintains a strict eating schedule to stay slim.

Wood explained that she typically fasts until midday, starting her day with a matcha or decaf latte blended with powders such as Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail, and Reishi. Her lunch is simple but nutritious, often consisting of mashed banana on organic bread with olive oil and cinnamon, or kefir with honey and banana. For snacks, she opts for seaweed strips, apples, or pears.

Dinner is described as 'clean and fresh', with dishes like wild-caught cod and cucumber salad. However, Wood admits to indulging in half a bar of Green & Black's chocolate in the evenings. She has maintained a completely organic diet since being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2005, after which she cut out all processed foods.

Wood, who launched her own organic cosmetics brand in 2005 and now runs an interior design company, has also criticised weight loss jabs, calling them 'not a good idea' for middle-aged women. Last month, she walked the runway for Vin+Omi at London Fashion Week, wearing a black lace bra and blazer with the word 'lies' emblazoned on it.
