Denise Welch has reported impressive results after using a £24.95 neck serum for two weeks, claiming it reduced wrinkling and improved skin texture. The BOOST LAB Edelweiss Neck Firming Serum, which has over 3,000 five-star reviews online, targets sagging and crepey skin on the neck.
The Loose Women star, 67, began using the serum twice daily, joking about the term 'turkey neck' often used for loose skin under the chin. After seven days, she noted her skin felt 'really lovely to the touch' and looked smoother. Following another week of use, she observed 'less wrinkling' and a smoother, softer neck.
'I was looking in the mirror showing a friend and I thought, my God, I can see a difference – and I am very excited about it,' Welch said. She added that for £25, the product is worth it, though she did not expect miracles at her age.
The serum's key ingredient is edelweiss extract, which boosts collagen production. It is also cruelty-free and Australia's number one selling neck serum. Other celebrities, including This Morning presenter Lisa Snowdon, have praised it for delivering a smoother, more toned neck.
Beauty editor Laura Mulley tested the serum and noted improvements in skin quality, though she cautioned that it cannot lift sagging jowls or erase deep lines. 'After three weeks, my neck felt smoother, softer and stronger,' she said.
