Leslie and her partner Michael have spent over $150,000 (£112,000) on surgeries, including rib removal, buttock implants, a nose job, a fox eye lift, and four breast augmentations. Michael described Leslie as his 'real-life doll' and admitted to being an 'enabler' for her look.
Leslie revealed that if Michael stopped funding her surgeries, she would end the relationship. The couple met when Michael was photographing Leslie, and they became official after he agreed to pay for her implants. Despite nearly dying three times during surgery, Leslie plans to continue.
Leslie also produces adult content, which Michael films and photographs, earning up to $100,000 (£74,208) monthly. She credits Michael for her success in this field. While her family initially found the relationship unusual, they now accept it.
